AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIPS AND GARAGES

In the past four years we have completed several automobile sales, service and repair garages for various clients.

DEA DESIGN STUDIO

As a growing firm, we have just completed construction of our new design studio. We decided that the re-purposing of an existing abandoned building was the most appropriate approach given our desire to be faithful to our primary focus … the environment and also bringing vitality and new life to buildings.

NEW SOCIAL SERVICES BUILDING

This building will replace Sault Ste. Marie’s Social Services  multiple locations, now housed in a diverse array of sometimes aging and overcrowded existing facilities, to provide a single point of contact for all their services, including housing, daycare, employment, etc.

STATION MALL RENEWAL

We have been tasked with the renewal if the aging Station Mall, in downtown Sault Ste. Marie.  The building is 50 years old, and with new ownership, our work has been critical to attract new tenants and to revitalise the building. 

SAULT STE MARIE AIRPORT ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS

The existing airport has required expansion and renovations to accommodate new security equipment and protocols, as well as to provide additional room with the addition of international flights and the larger sized aircraft and thus passenger numbers. 

BMR MARKETING

Our neighbours in the same building as our office provide all the marketing for the Ontario Lottery Corporation. As such, they wanted a new and progressive space, that reflected the origins of the building (a previous church), but highlighting a comfortable, relaxed and creative working environment.

AZURE SPA

Andrea Niro and David Ellis designed the new Azure Spa. It was an exciting project, transforming an existing bank into a place of beauty and peace.

BIG PINE PAIUTE CASINO

The Big Pine Tribe of Paiute/Shoshone First Nation, wishes to build a commercial establishment on their territory. The concept is to provide a full range of products and services for both commercial and non-commercial travellers, in a way which maximizesappeal to both, in harmony.

CARWASHES

With the advancement of technology in the speed of machinery and multi-car flow through, plus energy and water saving technologies, carwashes will soon become far more convenient and environmentally friendly.

JD AERO

An existing aircraft maintenance company needed to expand, without disruption to its existing operation. The project involved providing a physical link building, that contains the main administrative offices for the works and fabrication component, cafeteria, work, plus a stores and distribution areas, between two existing hangars.

DRIVING SCHOOL HONDA BUILDING

We finished construction of this complex in 2019, for this new building that houses a diverse mix of uses.  

TENARIS OFFICE BUILDING

This building was designed by caruso-torricella-architetti, of Milan, Italy. Our firm assisted them by re-creating the construction drawings for their design, by transforming their concept and making it compatible with the Canadian climate and to suit our local building codes, etc.
