BMR MARKETING

Our neighbours in the same building as our office provide all the marketing for the Ontario Lottery Corporation. As such, they wanted a new and progressive space, that reflected the origins of the building (a previous church), but highlighting a comfortable, relaxed and creative working environment.

We popped a glass conference room out from the existing choir loft and added a new open communicating stair overlooking the triple height space. We have provided an array of glass offices under the existing portico on both sides of the space and an open central area, used for brainstorming and interaction along the centre spine.
