RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION PROJECT

Sacred Heart School was once the ‘heart’ of a vibrant centre town residential neighbourhood. With migration out of the City core, the school became redundant. This project brings new life to an old building. 

The existing school shown in the foreground of these renders is proposed to be converted into a multi-unit apartment building and also house the common areas for the complex.  A new apartment tower will be added behind and linked to the original school structure. 

The tower will use materials similar to the existing building, but in a more contemporary fashion bringing new life and additional residents to the area.
