Co-located with a massive bio-oil refinery project and exhibiting alternative energy sources as they relate to environmental issues, the building itself will be serviced and powered by a combination of solar, bio-fuels and wind energy. Also it will be designed as a ‘green’ building to the highest LEEDS level, to ensure maximum energy efficiency and the conservation of renewable resources.
