Project Communications

david ELLIS architect Inc. has a Communications and Community Engagement Specialist in the firm that is accountable to assist clients in the assessment, development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic internal and external communication plans that align with your objectives and will also allow for a one-window approach to the rapid flow of critical information to all targeted stakeholder groups.

We will assist you in the development, management, implementation, facilitation and communication of community engagement and awareness goals, objectives, strategies, work plans, and deliverables, to increase transparency and build better a understanding of your project's role, plans and priorities with the external public and private-sector partners, all levels of government, media representatives, external communities and internal constituents in all construction projects.

We will also assist you in developing and implementing a variety of innovative tools utilizing traditional and social media platforms for community engagement and support and promotion of your project and ensure the facilitation of in-person community engagement sessions. We will then analyze and interpret information gathered through community engagement forums and Identify key priorities and emerging issues, and engage in information sharing with your organization.

Finally, we'll assist in developing an effective community outreach strategy for all new construction projects. Conducts stakeholder analyses and environmental scans, to identify, analyze and provide recommendations on emerging contentious issues that may require a proactive response from your organization. We can adapt architectural and technical information, complex issues and language translations for determined audiences when deemed necessary.
