This is a full service Collaborative Meeting and Decision Centre and is connected to 6000 sq. ft. of wired and wireless meeting and function space that is an integral part of a 180 room hotel and conference centre. It was designed to be the ultimate distance meeting and distance learning facility.

Mr. Ellis' concept was to create a non-heirachial space and therefore it was conceived as circular with no one position taking precident yield a 'collaborative' enviroment.
